Who we are
smartdropy.com publishes free guides for parents and sells The AI Tutor Vault, a downloadable PDF. Questions about privacy can be sent to the contact address shown on your Gumroad receipt.
What this website collects
This website does not ask you to create an account, does not run a newsletter sign-up, and does not use advertising cookies. The analytics tools described below may set cookies to measure how the site is used.
Like almost every website, our hosting provider automatically records technical data when you visit — such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time — in server logs used for security and to keep the site running.
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our pages, through heatmaps, session recordings and usage statistics. Clarity uses cookies and similar technologies and collects data such as clicks, scrolling and device information. Microsoft processes this data under the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Some guides remember, in your own browser only, that you closed a pop-up bar. This stays on your device and is not sent to us.
Purchases
Purchases are handled by Gumroad. When you click a buy button, Gumroad’s checkout loads and Gumroad collects and processes your payment and contact details under Gumroad’s privacy policy. We receive the order information Gumroad shares with sellers, such as your email address and purchase details, and use it only to deliver and support your purchase and to meet legal obligations.

Our guides link to other websites, such as official help pages of AI tools. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
AI tools you use
If you use an AI assistant such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot or Claude, your conversations are handled by that provider under its own terms and privacy policy, not by us. Please don’t enter personal details about your child into any AI tool.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to complain to your data protection authority. To exercise these rights, contact the contact address shown on your Gumroad receipt.
Children
This website is intended for parents and other adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes
We will update this notice if the way we handle data changes, for example if we add analytics.
